  • Child 2 – SEN (significant speech and language difficulties)
  • Child 3 – joined SJL in summer 2 while working significantly below the ARE across the majority of the areas. The family has  moved schools 3 times since Sept 24

The pass mark is 32.

 

Year 1

(18 chn)

  • All the children who took the check passed.
  • The lowest mark was 35.
  • 1 child didn't take the check due to their SEND and medical needs.  They are working at a nursery level.

 

Year 2

(4 children)

  • 2 children disapplied as they had just arrived from a different country and joined us in summer 1.
  • 1 child who joined us in spring 1 has passed the retake.
  • 1 child who joined SJL in summer 2, working significantly below ARE,  hasn't passed the retake.

  • 23 children completed the check.
  • 4 children were disapplied – working below year 2 multiplication ARE in maths
  • Child 1 – joined in spring 2 – working significantly below ARE in maths
  • Child 2 – SEND and behaviour – working significantly below ARE in maths
  • Child 3 – joined SJL in autumn 1 2024 working significantly below ARE in maths –SEND
  • Child 4 – joined SJL in summer 1, new to the country.
