You will need:

1 teaspoon of mixed essence or vanilla extract.

1 egg

1 teaspoon of brown sugar.

½ a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

¼ of a cup of milk

3 or 4 slices of bread

  1. First, whisk egg, vanilla and cinnamon quickly in a small, shallow bowl.
  2. Next, pour milk in slowly.
  3. After, pour mixture onto a plate and place bread into the mixture. Coat both sides evenly.
  4. After that, cook bread in a lightly greased pan on a medium heat until both sides are brown.
  5. Next, cut each slice of bread in half (into two triangles) and place them on top of each other on your serving plate.
  6. After, cover the bread with juicy strawberries and blueberries.
  7. Finally, drizzle maple syrup on top and carefully sprinkle icing sugar on top.

Your delicious, mouth-watering French toast is now ready to be eaten!
